Children’s photography is one of my favorite types of sessions.
I love photography and I love my boys. Growing up in front of the camera has been tedious and tiresome for them. I joke that they have “photographer’s children syndrome”. One more shot leads to 5 more and the next thing you know, they are done.
This past winter I have bought new lighting gear for the studio and have been perfecting their use. I was pleasantly surprised when both of my boys suggested that I “take their picture”. Photographing them allows me to push the envelope and really dig deep with my creativity without fear of failing. Photographing them is where my passion for photography grew.
I love knowing that 10, 15, or even 25 years down the road I will have beautiful images that allow me to visit who they were in that moment. With the ever changing technology, I cannot stress how important it is to preserve your memories with quality prints. Remember floppy drives? Now imagine a floppy drive with your children’s photographs on them years later. Print. Print. Print!
Part of the services that I offer is the ability to see your photographs printed and to help guide you through the ordering process every step of the way, ensuring that your end product will last you generations to come.
If you are looking for a photographer to capture timeless portraits of your children please contact me. We can discuss your needs/wants and what type of session is best for you and your child. Custom sessions can be tailored to your child’s interests and hobbies and will showcase who that are in that moment.
